Many times we claim that happiness is our goal. We want to be happy. We just want to be happy. Yet when it is time to take steps to be happy what is holding you back?
Why do we avoid happiness?
Because we are designed to look out for the bad. We know we have a better chance of staying alive if we worry about the tiger that might be in the rosebushes The Issue is that today there are not that many tigers roaming around our municipalities. So we take that fear and anxiety that we normally have and we translate it to mean we can’t go for what makes us happy. We are misreading our signs. That we are stepping into an unknown.
