Slow Down to Speed Up

This week we are about slowing down. We push ourselves so hard to go faster but there is wisdom in slowing down. Kimi Warner explains why slowing down is actually the faster way to accomplish what we are wanting to get done.

When we rush we make more mistakes and have to redo more tasks than if we were to take our time. She explains this by overlaying her challenge of free diving. She is able to get to levels of almost 150′ which in my opinion is insane! She also talks about how staying calm has saved her life a few times.

So slow your thoughts and your actions and take your time.
