Today we are learning a thing or two from Tzvi Kessell. Now Tzvi is a fellow coach and his approach to fixing yourself is a bit different than mine, yet He has. a great many facts that he sees as essential in how your thinking affects your body.
Now one of the best points he talks about is that trauma isn’t always bad and asks the vital question of what if you were supposed to have that experience? Without that experience, you wouldn’t be you. I get many people would say I don’t want to be me!. That is the sad part. Whether you want it or not isn’t an option. Yet, if you want a better life you have to come to the fact that you are the best version of yourself. and you can only get better if you try.
When you resist being who you are. You cause the physical and mental suffering many people have. As Tzvi talks about when you accept what you have and you stop resisting it. You see that your life starts to get better. To do this you want to accept yourself and love yourself. It is a challenge if you hated who you are and fought against it.
So you should accept that you are a bad person? No that’s not what I am saying yet also if you are a “bad” person you can change. You can go from the Dark Side to The Light Side. That is a choice you have. You still have to make that change from a place of love. Doing so from a place of loathing and self-hate is only going to amplify the suffering. So how do you change, you do so by loving yourself enough to want to change. Accept that you were a human being human and that you are now going to be a better human being a human.
