Make Changes that Stick

How do you make huge changes in your life? All of it is possible. You have to do the search. You have to do the hard work on changing your life and commit to making the changes? Yet how do you make changes in your life? This week’s video talks about this and he gives some specific field you have to focus on if you do want change in your life

What do you want?

This is a big question you need to ask yourself. If you don know what you want, then how are you going to get there? So you have to figure out what you want to change in yourself and in your life to be able to even start to change.

Invest in yourself

Secondly, you have to invest in yourself. Either start buying books or audiobooks. Take classes. Buy a membership. Get coaching or join a mastermind. All of these are not expenses they are investments in yourself

What ever you do you have to first want a change bad enough that you are willing to learn how to get to where you are going or you are going to be wondering in the wilderness for longer than you need to.

Set goals

Once you figure out what changes you want to make. Then it is time to lay out a route to getting there that is what a goal is. A plan and the recognizable milestones to let you know that you are on the right path.

Take Action

You can want to change you can have all your plans figured out but none of that is going to do you any good unless you take action and start doing the work.

Control over these items

There are key points in your life you have to learn how to control they are

  • beliefs mindset and ways of thinking
  • emotional control
  • discipline

Your change comes from your own selfstudy.

So yo have to look into your self and see where you are failing. it can be tough to tell sometimes because your mind will lie to you. It will help you make excuses as to why you don’t need to do that hard task right now.

Can you remove the old ways of thinking and conditioning. If you are able to do that you are way ahead of the game
