Burnout, this is one of those issues that comes around from time to time. We get burnout from the resistance in our life. We struggle to go and do a job we hate. This job is often unfulfilling for whatever reason and we have thoughts about our job. Yet we also have thoughts as to why we can’t leave. This resistance to doing what we need to do will cause us to be burned out.
Burnout can cause a myriad of problems. From being sick more often to even suicide. Burnout puts stress on everyone around us and interacts with us. Burnout causes us to distance ourselves from those we love because of the stress and problems burnout creates.
The interesting thing is going through a divorce can cause burnout too so what is burnout? and what are some of the symptoms of burnout? How can you avoid becoming burned out while going through your divorce?
Overwhelm
Being overwhelmed isn’t a direct sign of burnout but is a lead cause to feeling burned out.
Stress
This is also the creator of the friction that results in burnout. We all have stress in our life how you choose to handle that stress will lead to the results you get. If you can let the stress go and handle your stress with emotional adulthood then the impact will be a lot lower than if you are facing the pressure with emotional childhood.
Exhaustion
Another part that will lead to burnout but not a direct sign. If you are working yourself relentlessly day in and day out without recognition of the accomplishments you make nor do you allow yourself time to shift mental work to something different you will start to see burnout happen.
cynicism
This is a clear sign that you are on the road to burnout.
Lack of accomplishment
When you can’t see the benefit of what you are doing you have an increase of negativity you are well on your way to burnout.
