If you ever find yourself in the victim mindset there are some ways you can get out of it. Our video this week is 5 ways you can tell that you are in a victim mindset and then 5 ways to get out of that limiting belief.

How to tell if you are in a victim mindset.

  • Everything is negative
  • You are asking “Why” all the time.
  • You are mulling over things a lot
  • You don’t think highly of yourself
  • You are snapping to anger

How do you get out of this victim way of thinking.

  • Create goals- This will put your power back in your control
  • Find away to give to others
  • Write in your gratitude journal- oh the classic gratitude list. Does more good than you can imagine.
  • Find closer in past hurts
  • Own your dirt. – That responsibility for your actions. This shows you still have your own power.
