Making changes in your life can be sudden or it can a slough. Your ability to change who you are or what your stand for is possible, bu to do so you really have to make an effort to pay attention to what you are programming into your mind.
There are two huge motivating factors for change. There is pleasure and pain. Many people actually gets so great that they have to change.
You probably have put off your taxes till the last minute til the pain of fines and other penalties of not doing your taxes is so great that you finally do them. Then you use the excuse of I am always running late or I am always procrastinating. This is you telling yourself why you wait till the last minute to finish your taxes or a project that you don’t do till the wife gets fed up enough that she really cranks the nagging to 11.
That why she nags. She is trying to make it uncomfortable enough for you to just get it done and over with. You could actually have gotten that small day project done in about 5 hours yet you didn’t want to do it because you didn’t think it was worth it.
So to become a different person you really have to see what it is that you are telling yourself. Stop relying on pain and start relying on the sensation of accomplishment. Change how your operating system operates.
We all can change even those who claim they are set in their ways. If you follow the suggestions of this weeks video, the changes can be a lot easier.
